Today we’ve visited Minsk and we saw some pretty awesome things. For starters we went to the KGB building. It is a yellow neoclassical building that occupies an entire block. The portal is like a temple-like Corinthian and it looks down over independence square then if you look at the other side of the street, you’ll that there is a long and narrow park in which the bust of terror-monger Felix Dzerzhinsky stands he was the founder of the KGB’s predecessor, the cheka. You really have to go and visit this when you are in Minsk. Because this building has so much history on it.
